Park and Trail Related Project Informational Updates

The purpose of this case is to provide the Commission with various updates and the status of park and trail related projects, to include:

• *Playground replacements
• The Hollow park development
• Central Park parking lot landscape and irrigation
• River's Bend prairie enhancements (SWCD grant funded)
• St. Francis Boulevard trail construction
• Boardwalk replacement (connecting to the Lake Itasca Trail)
• Status of The Waterfront
• New private development projects (providing Park Dedication monies)

This status report does not authorize, nor require funding.

*Staff proposes Calling the regular June Park & Recreation Commission to order, hearing Citizen Input, approving the meeting minutes and agenda—then as part of the Playground Replacement updates above, conducting the ribbon cutting for the River's Bend Playground 'Grand Re-opening', (thereafter proceeding with the remaining agenda).
