Discuss Agenda Layout - Please Note: this case was moved from Case 2.5 to case 2.4.
Purpose/Background:
Councilmember Musgrove has requested this discussion to consider revising the City Council's agenda layout. Attached are some examples of other agendas for reference. Other examples noted are our own boards and commissions agendas. Councilmember Musgrove has shared a desire to move the minute approval out of the consent portion. She further expressed a desire to consider other adjustments related to followup on citizen input items.
