Consider Adding Play Equipment Component for Woodland Green Park
Purpose/Background:
A popular play equipment item known as a Comet II Spinning Orb has been requested by a couple of residents of the Woodland Green neighborhood, and is depicted in the attachment.

The Accessible Comet II Spinning Orb is estimated to cost $2,327 and with freight ($233) and installation (>$480), may be less than $4,000. More information will be available at the meeting.

Funding Source:
Funding may be considered from the Lawful Gambling Fund, pursuant to the Playground Replacement Policy and Plan.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends considering the request to add a play component Woodland Green Park, which would go forward for City Council approval.
