Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to North Valley, Inc. for improvement project #24-01, Barthel's Rum River Acres and White Pine Estates Street Reconstruction in the amount of $273,238.15.
Outcome/Action:
