Title:
Adopt Resolution #24-199 Approving the Development Agreement for Skyline on Sunwood.
Purpose/Background:
On July 9, the City Council approved the site plan and plat for Skyline on Sunwood, a mixed use building with 133 rental units and 13,776 square feet of retail space. Approval of a development agreement is a requirement of the development process. The proposed development agreement is similar to agreements for other projects with the addition of an allowance to use the adjacent parking lanes of the streets bordering the site for construction-related activities.

Funding Source:
All costs associated with this project are the responsibility of the applicant, PSD, LLC. The City will be collecting development fees for this project totaling $1,605,899.00.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the Development Agreement.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #24-199 Approving the Development Agreement for Skyline on Sunwood.
