Purpose/Background:
Purpose: To approve On-Sale Liquor License, including Sunday sales, for SUR LLC
Background: SUR LLC has properly applied for an On-Sale liquor license, including Sunday sales, at 7533 Sunwood Dr NW Suite #110, Ramsey, MN. (Previous occupant was Kitchen Table). All application fees have been paid by the applicant.
This establishment is a new restaurant serving liquor.

Notification:
Notice of the public hearing was published in the Anoka County Union Herald on February 14, 2025.
Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives:
A background investigation has been completed and approved by the Police Chief. Once approved by city council, the application will be submitted to the Department of Public Safety - Alcohol, Gambling Enforcement Division for issuance of license.
Funding Source:
This case is being handled as part of normal staff duties.
Recommendation:
City staff is recommending approval of an On-Sale Liquor License, including Sunday Sales, for SUR LLC.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to approve an On-Sale Liquor License, including Sunday Sales, for SUR LLC.
