Approve Request to Declare Surplus Property
Purpose/Background:
Staff irequests the City Council to declare the following property surplus and authorize sale of the same:

Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives:
These vehicles are old police squad cars used most recently by our seasonal public works staff during the summer. They are being rotated out of the fleet as other vehicles are replaced through the budget process and are passed down. These vehicles have various defects and will therefore be sold at public auction "as is".
Recommendation:
Staff recommends the City Council declare these vehicles as surplus property and authorize sale/auction of the same.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to declare vehicles #403 and #404 as surplus property and authorize sale/auction of the same.
