Issuing final payment will be contingent on receipt of the following item from RCM Specialties, Inc.
- IC 134 (Contractor’s Withholding Affidavit showing compliance with the provisions of Minnesota Statute 290.92 requiring withholding state income tax)
Recommendation:
The Utilities Lead has inspected the completed work and recommends final payment to RCM Specialties, Inc. for,Improvement Project #24-57, 2024 Spray Patching Contracted Service, in the amount of $26,250.00.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #24-306 authorizing final payment to RCM Specialties, Inc. for Improvement Project #24-57, 2024 Spray Patching Contracted Service, in the amount of $26,250.00.
