Title:
Adopt Resolution #24-359 Approving Trail and Sidewalk Maintenance Policy
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to approve and adopt the Trail and Sidewalk Maintenance Policy. This policy is proposed to be amended, tentatively in the spring 2025, by adding a Maintenance Schedule to the Appendix under Section 14a.
Recommendation:
The Public Works Committee and City Staff recommend adopting the Trail and Sidewalk Maintenance Policy.
The City Attorney reviewed the policy and approved it as to legal form.
