Title:
Adopt Resolution Supporting Application for Metropolitan Council TOD Grants
Background:
As part of the application process for the Metropolitan Council TOD grant funding opportunity, the City is required to adopt a resolution (in the attached format) authorizing the application and ranking the projects in priority according to the City's internal review. Based on discussion and direction from City Council at a previous City Council meeting, Staff prepared the attached resolution. Applications are due on February 15th.
Council Action:
Motion to adopt the resolution identifying the need for livable communities transit oriented development funding and authorizing applications for grant funds.
