Title:
Adopt Resolution #25-078 Approving a Development Agreement for Cedar Creek Energy.
Purpose/Background:
The City Council approved the Site Plan Review for a solar energy system on a portion of the Ramsey Landfill property on April 8, 2025. The execution of a Development Agreement is a condition of that approval. Attached is the proposed Development Agreement that guarantees that all the site improvements will be completed according to plan, correctly, and in a timely manner. The Development Agreement is similar to others that the Council has seen over the years, except that it has been modified from the general template as no building is being constructed with this project.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the Development Agreement.

Motion to Adopt Resolution #25-078 Approving a Development Agreement for Cedar Creek Energy.
