Review funding options for Gravel Road Elimination Program (GREP).
Background:
Attached is a pdf of the March 18, 2025, Public Works Committee case with attachments discussing Gravel Road Elimination Program (GREP) funding options.
As reflected in the March 18, 2025 meeting minutes included as part of this agenda, the Committee directed staff to present additional information at a future meeting on available TIF funding from Districts 1, 2 and 14, as well as reasonable special assessment amounts.
Attached are copies of the cash flow projections for the Pavement Management Fund and TIF Districts 1, 2 and 14.
Staff will present a summary of the requested information during the meeting, and will request additional direction from the Committee on any remaining information required to allow the Committee to form a recommendation to the City Council on the preferred funding source(s) for the GREP.
