Purpose: To approve On-Sale liquor license, including Sunday and 2:00 am sales, for SM Enterprises dba Riversbend Sports Bar & Grill
Background: SM Enterprises dba Riversbend Sports Bar & Grill has properly applied for an On-Sale liquor license, including Sunday and 2:00 am sales, at 14077 St. Francis Blvd NW, Ramsey, MN. This request is due to a change in the license applicant. All application fees have been paid. 

Notice of the public hearing was published in the Anoka County Union Herald on May 23, 2025.

A background investigation has been completed and approved by the acting Police Chief. Once approved by City Council, the application will be submitted to the Department of Public Safety - Alcohol, Gambling Enforcement Division for issuance of the license.

This case is being handled as part of normal staff duties. 

City staff is recommending approval of an On-Sale liquor license, including Sunday and 2:00 am sales for SM Enterprises dba Riversbend Sports Bar & Grill.
