Indecent Exposure Ordinance Discussion
Purpose/Background:
Mayor Heineman and Councilmember Olson requested this discussion.
The request comes from a resident inquiry following a recent MN Supreme Court ruling which overturned an indecent exposure ruling. Below are links to state statute, city ordinance and the court opinion for the ruling overturn. City Attorney Knaak and Captain Dahlberg will be present to aid in the discussion.
