Title:
Adopt Resolution #25-166, Approving a Development Agreement for Kwik Trip at 8040 Bunker Lake Blvd NW
Purpose/Background:
On May 13th, 2025, the City Council approved the Easement Vacation and Final Plat for "Kwik Trip 1782". Then, on May 27th, 2025, the City Council approved the Conditional Use Permit for Motor Fuel Sales and a Car Wash for Kwik Trip at 8040 Bunker Lake Blvd NW, to be located on Lot 1, Block 2, Kwik Trip 1782 (the new lot between Ferret Street and Armstrong Boulevard). Since those dates, the Applicant has supplied engineering cost estimates for the site improvements to Staff as part of drafting the Development Agreement. The Development Agreement is standard in its form.

Funding Source:
All costs associated with this request are the Applicant's responsibility.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the Development Agreement.
