Title:
Adopt Resolution #25-178 Approving a Development Agreement for CCI Holdings 2, LLC (14047 Auzrite St. NW)
Purpose/Background:
The property owner of 14047 Azurite Street NW, CCI Holdings 2, LLC, is improving the building and property, including bringing many illegally-installed non-conforming site improvements into conformance with the Zoning Code. The building permit and associated site plan review is administrative in nature, though approval of the development agreement to provide site sureties guaranteeing the work is done according to plan, correctly, and in a timely manner, must be approved by the City Council. The proposed agreement is standard in form.

Funding Source:
All costs of the improvements are the responsibility of the property owner.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the proposed development agreement.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #25-178 approving a development agreement for CCI Holdings 2, LLC.
