Title:
Adopt Resolution #25-180 Approving a Development Agreement for CCI Holdings 3, LLC (14310 Sunfish Lake Blvd. NW).
Purpose/Background:
The property owner of 14310 Sunfish Lake Blvd. NW, CCI Holdings 3, LLC, is improving the building and property, including bringing many non-conforming site improvements into conformance with the Zoning Code and adding new site improvements. The building permit and associated site plan review are administrative in nature, though approval of the development agreement to provide site sureties guaranteeing the work is done according to plan, correctly, and in a timely manner, must be approved by the City Council. The proposed agreement is standard in form.

Funding Source:
All costs of the improvements are the responsibility of the property owner.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the development agreement.
