Title:
Adopt Resolution #25-209 approving an amended development agreement for Trott Brook Crossing 3rd Addition.
Purpose/Background:
On July 9, the City Council approved the final plat and development agreement for "Trott Brook Crossing Third Addition," the next phase of 38 single-family lots west of Nowthen Boulevard and south of 173rd Avenue NW. This phase requires an extensive grading and sanitary sewer main extension. The developer is requesting to break the project up into two parts in order to keep the financial sureties to a reasonable amount. The first phase will be the sewer main extension and the associated grading. Once that is complete, then the water main and street work can begin. The amended development agreement essentially rolls over the sureties from the proposed first phase to the second phase upon completion.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the amended development agreement.
