Deliberate on Civil Legal Services Attorney Interviews
Purpose/Background:
City Council will deliberate following the conclusion of interviews with six firms in response to the 2025 Request for Proposals on Civil Legal Services Attorney.
Recommendation:
Provide consensus direction to staff to negotiate with a firm on a civil legal services contract beginning November 1, 2025.
Outcome/Action:
Consensus direction to staff to negotiate with a firm on a new civil legal services contract, including the financial terms of the contract being retainer fee based or hourly fee based.
