Title:
Oath of Office for Two Patrol Officers
Purpose/Background:
Patrol Officer Abby Spitzer was hired in July 2025. Patrol Officer Andrew Kavanaugh was hired in September 2025. Both officers have completed their field training program and are now patrolling the City of Ramsey.
After Chief Bluml introduces the two new Patrol Officers, Mayor Ryan Heineman will issue the ceremonial Oath of Office to Officer Sptizer and Officer Kavanaugh.
