Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this presentation is to present entries and winners of the 2025 photo contest. Now in its ninth year, the contest is designed to foster community engagement, showcase the beauty and essence of Ramsey, spotlight local photographic talent, and gather images for use in City publications.
Photos were sorted into three distinct categories, plus a new youth entry category and evaluated based on overall composure, creativity, and .
