Title:
Adopt Resolution #26-073 Authorize Application to Conduct Off-Site Gambling Adrenaline Sports Center by Hometown Hero Outdoors.
Purpose/Background:
Staff recently received the attached application from Hometown Hero Outdoors to conduct off-site gambling at the Adrenaline Sports Center on October 24 and October 25, 2026. The Hometown Hero Outdoors are asking to conduct the sale of pull-tabs at Adrenaline.
The Minnesota Gambling Control Board requires that the CIty approve such a request by resolution specifically approving or denying the application.

Notification:
If approved, the City Finance Director will sign the application and any other documents required by the Minnesota Gambling Board.
Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives:
Adopt Resolution #26-073 or deny Resolution #26-073.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends Council approval of the application by Hometown Hero Outdoors to conduct off-site gambling at the Adrenaline Sports Center.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #26-073 approving the application by Hometown Hero Outdoors to conduct off-site gambling at the Adrenaline Sports Center.
