Recommendation:
Engineering Technician IV, Mike McDowall inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to Knutson Construction in the amount of $37,581.75.
Council Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution 12-07-XXX authorizing partial payment to Knutson Construction for IP 10-22 Ramsey Municipal Parking Facility Phase II in the amount of $37,581.75.
