COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE FOR DECEMBER

The date for the second Council meeting for next month is December 28, 2010.  In the past, due to the holidays, Councils have rescheduled that second meeting or canceled it altogether.  The Mayor or his designee would come in to City Hall the last week of December to review the bills for payment.  Finance Officer Lund would set up that meeting.

 

Traditionally, the Public Works Committee meeting has been canceled for December as well.  The regular date for that meeting would be December 21.

 

Staff brought this possible change in schedule to Council's attention during input at the work session of November 16. Council agreed the meetings should be canceled and asked staff to place an item on the Consent Agenda to formally cancel the meetings.
