Title:
Review Alignment of Staffing with 2011 Council Strategic Goals
Background:
On January 24th and 25th, the City Council, City Administrator and Department Heads will meet for its annual Strategic Planning Session. During this session, the Council will identify its goals for 2011 for each Department of the City. Staff would like to review the alignment of staff with these goals during work session following the Strategic Planning Session.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends that Council provide direction regarding the alignment of staff with the 2011 Council Strategic Goals.
Funding Source:
No funding is required for review of this case.
