Ramsey EDA Business Networking Breakfast Event Update
Background:
Staff would like to provide an update of the 2012 Ramsey EDA Business Networking Breakfast Event.
Observations:
Staff is planning/coordinating of the 2012 Ramsey EDA Business Networking Breakfast Event. Below are updates on individual tasks:
- Event Date: Thursday November 29
- Location: Ramsey Municipal Center, Alexander Ramsey Room
- Meeting Method/Form: Staff has been directed by the EDA to develop a hybrid style of event; half to include the traditional keynote speaker and the other half being an open forum/small group discussions. At this point, Allina, RJM and Mike Mulrooney have been secured as speakers.
- Food Services: Wells catering will be providing breakfast and has been secured.

Marketing: Attached is the proposed flyer; which will be posted to the City website and distributed via mail to the business list. Staff will an email to select large companies. Any assistance from EDA members to promote this event is invited.
Attached to this case is the proposed agenda, which includes tentative assignments for EDA members, if they are interested.
