Title:
Approve Request to Declare Surplus Property
Background:
Staff is requesting Council declare the following property surplus and authorize sale of same:
1. Samsung Fascinate Verizon Wireless 3G Smartphone (This was the City Administrator's City-provided mobile phone which has since been replaced with newer technology. The original box is available; however, the power cord is missing. The city does not have a current need for the phone.
2. Fifty 3-ring binders, various sizes and colors
3. One plastic file box size 13-3/8 x 9-3/4 x 11-7/8
4. 179 blue binders (e.g. used for covers for paper agendas)
