Title:
Report from the Personnel Committee - Meeting Date 11-27-12
Background:
Case 1 of 1: Consider a Resolution to Re-authorize a Leave of Absence. This discussion was closed to the public as allowed by Minnesota Statute, section 13D.05, Subd. (a)(3)(4). See attached Personnel Committee packet.
Recommendation:
Case 1 of 1: To recommend resolution #12-12-XXX, which upon City Council approval, will grant an additional 1-month leave of absence to an employee due to a serious medical condition.
Funding Source:
Case 1 of 1: There is no funding required; there have been no expenses related to this employee since June 1, 2012.
Council Action:
Case 1 of 1: Motion to approve resolution # 12-12-XXX confirming the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to authorize an additional 1-month leave of absence to an employee due to a serious medical condition.
