Title:
ICSC Conference Attendance
Background:
Earlier this week, the HRA was provided with the final program for the ICSC Conference in May of this year. There has been considerable discussion on attendance for this event, and the DM team would like to finalize the attendee list and prepare for the conference.
Consideration should be given to the number of HRA members attending, the staff members attending, and the schedule for their activities. The program outlines conference activities including educational sessions. It would be helpful if we could set a tentative schedule based on the desired attendance to these sessions.
Notification:
None required.
Recommendation:
The DM team recommends the HRA consider the sessions available and finalize the attendance for this event.
Funding Source:
2011 HRA budget for Marketing and Travel.
Council Action:
Motion to direct staff as determined to finalize the attendance and preparations for the ICSC Conference in May.
