Environmental Expo Update

The purpose of this case is to provide one last update to the Board prior to the Environmental Expo event.  Presently, there are twelve (12) confirmed exhibitors.  Another round of follow up or initial contacts, either by phone, email or both, was made to a handful of potential exhibitors that have yet to respond including Wargo Nature Center, Connexus Energy, Ramsey Bicycle, Norwex, East Side Oil Companies, Geological Society of MN, Anoka Ramsey Farm and Garden and the USGS.  Confirmed exhibitors to date are outlined on an attachment to this case.

Staff has placed an order for reusable thermo-tote bags that will be available as a give-away during the expo event.  The Board's survey has also been completed and has been embedded on the City's website, both on the Environmental Services page as well as the EPB's page. 

It is anticipated that the Board's display for the booth may be available for review at the meeting as well.
