Presentation on Greenstep Cities Program

An action item on the recently approved 2013-2014 Work Plan is to research the Minnesota GreenStep Cities program and if appropriate, make a recommendation to the City Council that the City become a GreenStep City.  A representative of the GreenStep Cities program will be attending the meeting to present information on this program.  There will be a 15-20 minute presentation on the program and there will also be time for questions/answers after the presentation.  Attached to this case are a couple of informational pieces for general background on the program.  Additional information on the GreenStep Cities program can also be found at: http://greenstep.pca.state.mn.us/index.cfm
