Purpose/Background:
The City has received a request from Ramsey-Arbor Properties, LLC for a release of Development Agreement for ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION on Tract A, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 254. This Development Agreement was recorded in 1997, and all obligations of said Agreement have been completed. Ramsey-Arbor Properties is requesting the release to clean existing encubrances on the property.

Notification is not required.
Funding Source:
The request is being handled as part of normal Staff duties.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends the release of the Development Agreement for ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION on Tract A, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 254.
