Title:
Discussion of Letter of Intent to Purchase Property - 6203 Rivlyn Avenue (Portions may be closed to the public)
Purpose/Background:
A letter of intent to purchase real estate was provided by a business for consideration by the Ramsey City Council. The letter of intent is to purchase real estate at 6203 Rivlyn Ave NW and a property located at the intersection of Vicuna/178th Ave NW. These are two separate offers.
Comprehensive information will be provided to the Council in closed session.

Recommendation:
Staff is requesting a closed session, per MN Statute 13D.05 Subd. 3, to discuss the letter of intent and offer price.
Action:
Approve moving to a closed session to discuss the Letter of Intent for purchase of both properties as described in the purpose/background of this case.
