Title:
Letter of Intent to Purchase Property (Portions may be closed to the public)
Purpose/Background:
A letter of intent to purchase real estate was provided by a business for consideration by the Ramsey City Council. The letter of intent is to purchase real estate west of Armstrong at 8020 147TH AVE NW and 8019 146TH AVE NW. Comprehensive information will be provided to the Council in the closed work session.
Staff is requesting a closed session, per MN Statute 13D.05 Subd. 3, to discuss the letter of intent and price.
