Title
Adopt Resolution #14-01-022 Authorizing Final Payment to North Valley, Inc. for IP 12-23, Alpine Drive Reconstruction.
Purpose/Background:
To review and approve the attached Resolution and Pay Request.
Notification:
No notifications were required for this item.
Observations/Alternatives:
The final project cost was greater than the contract cost due to increased grading quantities related to the pathway construction south of Alpine Drive.
Recommendation:
The Engineering Technician IV has inspected the completed work and recommends final payment be made to North Valley, Inc. for IP 12-23, Alpine Drive Reconstruction, in the amount of $5,929.77.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #14-01-022 authorizing final payment to North Valley, Inc. for IP 12-23, Alpine Drive Reconstruction, in the amount of $5,929.77.
