Observations/Alternatives:
At the City Council regular session on January 14, Council authorized staff to prepare a purchase agreement between the City of Ramsey and Homes of Influence, LLC at the agreed purchase price of $33,830
Funding Source:
Not applicable. The City will receive revenue upon sale.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approving the attached purchase agreement between the City of Ramsey and Homes of Influence, LLC at a purchase price agreed to at the City Council regular session on January 14th. Price: $33,830.
Action:
Approve the attached purchase agreement between the City of Ramsey and Homes of Influence, LLC at a price of $33,830.
