Purchase Agreement for Sale of Property at 178th/Vicuna
Purpose/Background:
The attached purchase agreement between the City of Ramsey and Homes of Influence, LLC. was prepared per Council's direction on January 14 and reflect the purchase price of $42,000 and conditions as agreed .
Funding Source:
Not applicable. City will receive proceeds upon sale.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approving attached purchase agreement between the City of Ramsey and Homes of Influence, LLC. Purchase price and conditions are as agreed per Council's direction on January 14th. Price: $42,000.
Action:
