Purpose/Background:
Purpose: To review minutes from past meeting and approve.
Background: It was noted at the January 27, 2014 Charter meeting that a set of minutes may have been missed for approval. Staff found that the October 21, 2013 Charter meeting minutes had not been previously submitted for approval. They are included in this agenda as well as the last set of meeting minutes dated January 27, 2014.

Recommendation:
Staff recommends reviewing both sets of minutes, and approving them with or without amendments.
