Title:
Receive Update on Current Development Projects Pending and Under Construction. Removed from Consent Agenda and considered part of Cases 2.02 (presentation: Community Development Department Update)
Purpose/Background:
Staff will provide a brief overview of development activity over the first quarter of 2014 and provide a preview of forecasted development activity over the next quarter. Periodic updates will be provided by various departments as requested by the Council at a previous work session.
