Title
Adopt Resolution #14-04-072 Granting Request for Release of Development Agreement for ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION on Lot 7, Block 1, Alpaca Estates 4th Addition
Purpose/Background:
The City has received a request from Ramsey-Arbor Properties, LLC for a release of Development Agreement for ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION on Lot 7, Block 1, Alpaca Estates 4th Addition. This Development Agreement was recorded in 1997, and all obligations of said Agreement have been completed. Ramsey-Arbor Properties is requesting the release to clean existing encumbrances on the property.
This site is the location adjacent to Ramsey Commons/US Bank. The Council previously approved a similar request on the adjacent lot. This request is the same, now for Lot 7.

Notification is not required.
Funding Source:
The request is being handled as part of normal Staff duties.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends the release of the Development Agreement for ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION on Lot 7, Block 1, Alpaca Estates 4th Addition.
Action:
Motion to Adopt Resolution #14-04-072 granting the release of the Development Agreement for ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION on Lot 7, Block 1, Alpaca Estates 4th Addition.
