Title:
Continue consideration of affordable housing developer letter of interest for development of a portion of parcel 47 (west of The Residence at The COR and east of Coborn's)
Purpose/Background:
Staff received an adjusted Letter of Interest from a regional affordable housing developer for development of a portion of Parcel #47; located west of The Residence at The COR and east of Coborn's. Potions may be closed to the public per MN Statute 13D.05 Subd. 3. Parcel #47 is identified in the attachment entitled "Subject Property".
Recommendation:
Staff recommends moving into closed session per the above referenced MN Statute to discuss the amended LOI
Action:
Motion to move into closed session per MN Statute 13D.05 Subd. 3 to discuss the submitted LOI
