Review Draft Purchase Agreement Between the City of Ramsey HRA and Casey's General Store. Portions may be closed to the public per MN Stature 13D.05 Subd. 3.

The purpose of this case is to review the first draft of an agreement(s) between the City of Ramsey HRA and Casey's General Store. Casey's is proposing the development of a convenience retail store at the SW intersection of Ramsey Blvd. and Sunwood Dr. NW. This project is estimated to require 1.37 acres.

This draft agreement originated from Casey's General Store. Please note Casey's letter of intent (LOI) was discussed in closed session per MN Statute 13D.05 Subd. 3 in early January of 2014. The discussion in closed session related to the sale price and other terms of a potential agreement. Casey's has not requested any City subsidy assistance.
