Title:
Introduction of Ordinance 14-05 Authorizing The Sale of City Real Estate
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to potentially introduce Ordinance 14-05 Authorizing The Sale of City Real Estate to Imperial Development Company, LLC, pending City Council action on the previous case entitled "Review Purchase Agreement for 5195 142nd Ave NW"
Should the City Council move to enter into and potentially amend the Purchase Agreement, introduction of this Ordinance is required to convey the property. Should the City Council move to decline the Purchase Agreement, this Ordinance is unnecessary and will be considered void.
