Title:
Resolution 14-05-093 Approving Sale of Real Property Owned by the HRA to Casey's General Store
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to potentially approve Resolution 14-05-093 Authorizing The Sale of City Real Estate to Casey's General Store pending HRA action on the previous case entitled "Consider Purchase Agreement between Ramsey HRA and Casey's General Store." Should the HRA move to enter into and potentially amend the Purchase Agreement, approval of this Resolution is required to convey the property. Should the HRA move to decline the Purchase Agreement, this Resolution is unnecessary and will be considered void.

Recommendation:
Staff recommends Alternative #1, should the HRA move to enter into and potentially amend the Purchase Agreement between the City of Ramsey and Casey's General Store
