Approve Declaration of Surplus Property

Staff is requesting the Council declare the following property (business trade fixtures) as surplus and authorize sale of same via online auction. This property is no longer needed with the vacation of Wiser Choice Liquors as a Tenant at 14590 ARMSTRONG BLVD NW. 14590 Armstrong Blvd. NW was purchased in 2013 by the City of Ramsey for Right of Way for the Armstrong Interchange. The City purchased the business, building, land and trade fixtures in 2013.
