CBRE Presentation and Meet/Greet
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case/presentation is to learn more about our preferred broker, CBRE. The City of Ramsey and Ramsey HRA signed an agreement with CBRE in early 2014 to market The COR and various other HRA/City owned parcels throughout the community. CBRE and Staff has been actively engaged in marketing the property and communicating with leads. This relationship has led to the sale of 6 residential lots (4 within The COR) along with contracts on 3 other parcels (2 within The COR). This presentation is meant to be open and interactive; a way to get to know our brokers, understand our relationship and gather insight into what the market is up to.
