Title
Note Licensee Name Change for M & M Super Bowl Inc. to Ramsey Super Bowl Inc.
Purpose/Background:
Purpose: To notify the City Council of the Licensee Name Change for Super Bowl.
Background: Each year the City Council approves liquor licenses for various establishments throughout the City; Super Bowl is one such establishment. Staff received a request to change the licensee name from M & M Super Bowl Inc. to Ramsey Super Bowl Inc. Its trade name of Super Bowl remains the same. All officers remain the same as well. The City Council, at their June 10 regular meeting, approved renewal of Super Bowl's on-sale and Sunday sales liquor license - under the licensee name of M & M Super Bowl. That approved license will now be instated under the licensee name of Ramsey Super Bowl Inc. As noted above, that is the only change to this license.
