Title:
Resolution #14-07-145 Authorizing Sale of Real Property Owned by the HRA in The COR to PSD, LLC
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to potentially approve Resolution #14-07-145 Authorizing The Sale of HRA Real Estate in The COR to PSD, LLC pending HRA action on the previous case entitled "Consider Purchase Agreement between Ramsey HRA and PSD,LLC." Should the HRA move to enter into and potentially amend the Purchase Agreement, approval of this Resolution is required to convey the property. Should the HRA move to decline the Purchase Agreement, this Resolution is unnecessary and will be considered void.

Alternative 1: Approve Resolution #14-07-145
Alternative 2: No action

Recommendation:
Staff recommends Alternative #1, should the HRA move to enter into and potentially amend the Purchase Agreement between the City of Ramsey and PSD, LLC.
