Title:
Review Metropolitan Council Housing Performance Score for City of Ramsey
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to review the Housing Performance Score provided to the City by the Metropolitan Council. The 2014 Housing Performance Score is 79 out of 100 possible points.
Primarily, this Housing Performance Score is used for the City's voluntary participation in the Livable Communities Program of the Metropolitan Council. This program provides financial assistance to the City to support housing and economic development goals. This program has been used to partially fund several projects in Ramsey including, but not limited to:

- Sunwood Drive
- Municipal Parking Ramp

- Mississippi Skyway Design and Alternatives Analysis
