Recognition of Outgoing Councilmembers Backous and Tossey - by Mayor Strommen and City Administrator Ulrich
Purpose/Background:
Purpose: To publicly recognize and thank Councilmember Randy Backous and Councilmember Jason Tossey for their service to the City.
Background: Council and staff would like to take this opportunity to thank and recognize outgoing Councilmembers Backous and Tossey for their service to the City. Each will be presented with a certificate of recognition. Recognition resolutions are on the Consent Agenda this evening for Council adoption as well.
